Reading Gift Card Giveaway Rules
As a way to encourage more community participation at the library and during Society Hill Town Hall Meetings, the Society Hill Library is partnering with a private donor to provide a monthly gift card drawing during the Society Hill Town Hall Meeting held the second Tuesday
each month. There will be two gift cards per month for $50.00 each, one for Walmart and the other for Barnes & Noble.
The focus of this promotion is to promote reading, the only items eligible to earn a ticket are books and audiobooks. Newspapers, magazines or DVDs will not qualify
All ages are eligible to participate - Children and Adults
Every book that is checked out from the Society Hill Library and returned following these rules qualifies for a ticket
To qualify the books must be checked out at the Society Hill Library
All books must be checked out a minimum of two days to qualify
All books must be turned in at the front desk in the Society Hill Library
Patrons that are participating will be responsible for filling out their tickets for the drawings. Information required will be First and Last Name and the last 5 numbers of your library card.
The drawing will be held monthly, all non-winning tickets will be discarded and a new round will begin the day after the Town Hall Meeting.
All tickets must be in the ticket container no later than 5:30 on the evening of the Town Hall Meeting. Books that are returned after 5:30 will go in the next round.
You do not need to be present to win, winners not present will be contacted by the library the day after the Town Hall Meeting.
